What are your delivery options ?
Bynelo delivers worldwide to any address covered by postal services.
Orders are shipped by standard delivery with a tracking number.
If you want express delivery by carrier, please contact us before confirming your order.
How can I follow the progress of my order ?
We will send you a shipment confirmation email on when your order will be dispatched. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Alternatively you can also track your order via the website by clicking this link and providing your order number and email.
How is inventory managed?
All our items are made to order. We update our inventory daily. In the unfortunate case where you would purchase an item that is out of stock, you will be able to select a replacement product or we will proceed with a refund.
What are your processing & delivery times?
We process all orders within a period of 3-7 Business days from receipt of your payment. Depending on the order shipping area, we ship the package from one of our international production centers for fast and efficient delivery.

Unfortunately you can only redeem your discount on a new order.
